The /publish page on this site POSTs to a Pages Function that validates the topic against the registry and proxies to ntfy.sh. Use it to send a one-off notification from any browser behind Cloudflare Access.
When VMON_ALERT_TEST=1 is set in the environment, voipmon-alert.py redirects all output from vaspian-alerts → vaspian-test and prefixes the title with [TEST]. Lets you dry-run a new alert rule on a real production database without paging the team.
Manual one-off publishes from the terminal — exercising a new phone subscription, verifying tag emojis render, sanity-checking priority behavior.
How priorities are assigned
Whatever the sender feels like. Don't read anything into a P1 here — it's still a test.
Notes
